Latitude 10 ST-2 Miracast support

Hi there, 

Just wondering if anyone knows if the Latitude 10 ST2 supports miracast and if so how to get it to work. I am running windows 8.1 with all the updates available, and according to the dell upgrade tool all my drivers are up to date. 

I had a look at the DXDIAG and the WDDM running currently is version 1.2. I know Miracast requires 1.3, is there any way around this, is it a hardware issue, or a lack of an update from Dell?
