Hello, I have a HUGE issue with DELL and more specifically with the Norwegian support.
I bought an Alienware 15 from the university (in Norway) and the product came in DOA, not being able to turn on.
Dell took 3 weeks to come and fix it (it is NBD 3 years)!!! They said they changed the mainboard while the power supply was already measured not to give any voltage (measures by the technicians of the university).
I got the laptop and the front lightFX lights are not working, the screen does strange noises when you press it (it is like it has not been fixed in place).
I sent a technical request to dell norway the day before yesterday and they still haven't answered me (NBD I said...). I am very frustrated. I have another alienware from Greece and when it had a problem DELL Greece immediatelly solved it.
I have never seen this type of support. This product is clearly of poor quality and one problem appears after the other. The initial problem was DOA and they did not even replace the complete unit!
Do something, or please give me the email of DELL US, I need to send them this because I am very unhappy with this situation!!!!
