Hello everyone,
I just wanna ask about this problem and i am very dissapointed with dell
I live in malaysia, i wanna change part of my dell, because older part was broken.
So dell technician come to my office to install, when he install speaker and he test my laptop turn on or not, smoke come out from motherboard, and my laptop can't switch on anymore!!!'
he test with my batery of my laptop, without adaptor.
So, what should i do? call dell to complain?
