BSOD - driver irql_less_or_not_equal netw5s64.sys - Dell Inspiron N7010 (Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 Bit) **PLZ HELP**

Random Blue Screen of Death, happens whenever it feels like it. Also, have issues with Windows Update and can't browse the internet or install anything that needs the internet even though I'm connected. I did a factory reset and am still having the same issues.

Intel i3 M380 @ 2.53Ghz 2.53Ghz

4GB Ram (3.8GB USABLE)


FULL FACTORY RESET HAS BEEN COMPLETED & still get this error, it did quite a few Windows Updates however it won't do anymore of them, they all fail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
