See Customer reported issue "Intermittently battery not charging"once the system turned on at start up itself shows the error"This battery is temporarily disables. please turn off the computer. reseat the AC adapter and try again when the unit is back to operational temperature".
Trouble Shooting Steps Performed:-
* Done Power drain same issue,
* Swapped battery and updated latest bios from our site same issue,
*swapped KG adapter and checked found same issue,
*I checked in bios also its showing same error on battery health,
*Checked with minimum component same issue,
*But customer battery checked with working laptop battery charging fine,
Plz Suggest..
