I never did get any answers on this issue, so I had to read through everything and try and get it to work, Instead of the usual issue that it says I cannot load the driver detection program, someone said to load 4.5 Net software, I did and still I cannot get it to work for me, and now it says I have no items under warranty and they wont help anymore, SO, I just have to deal with an outdated computer for the rest of its life, and wont buy another dell. :(
