Okay, so I'm reading all of these posts since Dell's customer support Chat AND Email links keep giving me error messages. I'm looking at the dates and realizing that these issues on this series date back to 2013. Really???? And I am having the same problem a year and a half later??? What is the return policy with Dell? I am definitely not going to fight this issue.
