Hi,
I have an Inspiron i5 7000 series laptop and it will not boot up, and running diagnostics reveals that the Hard Drive has failed.
The lid was closed too heavily preceeding this.
I want to try and recover the data on the hard drive, if at all possible, as have not backed up recently ...
I am trying to boot up from a USB, but when selecting Boot up from USB in F12, it is giving a message
*ACCESS DENIED* Press any key to continue. [OK]
Can anyone help to advise what I need to do to Boot up from USB?
