Hi danielgc,

I would recommend you to perform system diagnostics to ensure it is not an issue with the hardware. To launch diagnostics, press and hold “Fn” key while turning on the system. Hold it down until the diagnostic starts. For more information click the link mentioned below:

If the diagnostics pass with no error code, please provide the following details:

1. Operating system that came pre-installed on the system?
