Dell XPS 702x USB boot not working

I was able to boot through USB till this morning. I shut down my computer went to work, came back and noticed I cannot boot through USB. Did some research but could not find the root cause. The BIOS does not show the USB sticks that are attached. The boot order is USB then CD then removable drive then esata and then hard drive.

My boot option (F12) doesnot show USB storage. But after windows loads the USB work fine. They are shown by windows and can be used to copy files. I verified the USBs to be bootable by using them to boot my other laptop. Did hardware diagnostics but all test passed, for USB ports, no error.

I have XPS 702x with A10 BIOS version, Intel corei7-2720qm cpu 2.2GHz, 8 gb 1333MHz RAM and 2 500GB seagate hard drives. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
