A couple of weeks ago the LED on the front of my XPS 13 stopped functioning correctly.
When it is supposed to be Orange (eg. when charging) it is White.
When it should be White (eg. when fully charged) it is a Dim Orange.
My BIOS / Drivers are up to date and it is running stock Win 8.1
I submitted a support request over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back. Hopefully I can get some support here.
