Inspiron 1764 - unexpected shutdown

Hello,

Within week my laptop inspiron 1764 shut down two times. After shutting down:

- there is a very unpleasant sound/noise coming from speakers (I have no idea how to describe it),

- monitor is backlit

I have already run two diagnostics tests:

- the first one done with Aulauncher.exe - it ended up with positive result,

- second one launched from BIOS ended up with shutdown just like described above. It happened while running Memory Test. Therefore I performed this test once again with one of two RAM's removed. This is what happened - no matter what RAM is assembled and no mattter in which socket - problem occurres every time while memory test is running (exactly during March S test).

What I have already observed is that this problem has nothing to do with overheating of processor. Becasue there was no any problem even if I used my laptop for quite long time. But every time I run memory test it shuts down.

I have also checked SMART parameters with HD tune and there is OK Helath status. You can check results here:

What is also strange that I have notices als some strange short sound/noises coming from my speakers while using laptop - I am not sure if it has something to do with those shut downs.
