I bought this laptop last month. And i came up with some issues that i can not fix until now
1. Desktop and longevity mode not working.. I already updated the drivers and all things.. Still not working properly, its like nothing happen when I activate one of them... what should i do?
2. The biggest problem (for me) is the connectors between monitor and the laptop are different. The right one is a bit stuck to the right side, and it made me a bit hard to close the monitor and when it close, the right side of my laptop is still a bit open.. it can not close perfectly.. I thought because it was new, but i just notice it after a month that the placement between those two connectors are different...Is it really different or something? It made me really disappointed, because i thought Dell laptops are perfect and choose Dell over some other brands.. Can dell take responsibility of this?
3. Sometimes a simple application became not responding, i update all the things, but still not responding for some of my app, what should i do?
4. Well its not really an issues, but i just wondering, why my laptop is a bit heavier than the same laptop my friend just bought... well when i check it from the warranty, my laptop shipped to our country late 2014, my friend's early 2015... but we bought the same laptop on April 2015.. why?
