I have two of these systems with me, and every other day, some issue or other pops up with these laptops. The fun part is, the moment these went off their one-year warranty periods, brand new laptops started having software and hardware problems. Now I am struggling with the keyboard where it just randomly stopped working, and I cannot even log into my system. Tech solutions offered: "get new warranty or replace keyboard worth Re. 4000/-". Warranty is optional for customers! But the way this particular model has been built, it seems that it is only way for me to keep using my two laptops, with the other option being throwing away these new laptops of total worth $800.
Considering the series of issues I have had with these two systems within just a year, I am bound to believe that the model is basically a faulty one. Since the systems are not old ones, since they are not misused, since they are off of warranty period just by a couple of months, I fail to understand why as a customer my only option is buying new hardware or new warranty?????
