Hi,
My Dell XPS 18 is less than a year old and still in warranty.
Service tag: CN66TX1
It will not start up.
It says "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart loop"
Then restarts, but then does not get past the Dell logo before displaying the same message again.
On a constant loop!
I have emailed twice but no response. i cannot call in office hours, because i do not have the PC with me while I am at work.
Please help, I have been without the PC for 2 weeks and my children are missing out on their homework.
