Ordered my Inspiron laptop, thinking that I'll get it "within 4-5 days from shipment for notebooks & Inspiron desktops", only to see that I won't get it until 15th May, 12 days after order. Is there any way of speaking to someone on the phone about this, without costing the earth! I've just left an email with them and it says that my email will be processed within 1-2 days!
