Recommended 16 GB RAM upgrade for Dell Latitude E6530

Thank you for considering my request.

I have a Dell Latitude E6530 with 8 GB of RAM currently installed.  I love this laptop.

Does someone either know a good RAM benchmarking website so I can do some comparisons or does anyone know which RAM they would just straight up recommend.  I keeping seeing this pop up:
