New to this forum and hope someone can help. I have a XPS 13 that is out of warranty. The power cord is fine, but whatever it connects to inside the computer is missaligned. It is very difficult to get it in, although once its in it charges fine.
Also, when the power cord is plugged into the wall and then I try and plug it into the computer, there is a spark and then the green light on the power cord goes off. I need to first jimmy the cord into the computer and then I can plug it into the wall and then it charges and works.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Where to have it done? What the cost is?
