I need help.
I bought a dell inspiron lately and it produces a crackling sound on its speaker after 3 weeks. I followed a suggestion from this forum to reboot it to the factory setting and it did solved the problem. However, a second problem did occurred and that I cannot activate my window.
This problem bothers me cause in the middle of my work on the computer a screen would pop out and it suggest that I need to activate my window but when I followed it to the setting to activate the button to activate it wont. And would said try again but every time I would activate it wont.
Where can I get my product key that goes with my Dell laptop when I bought. I never thought that this problem would exist with my Dell laptop having the product key embedded within the system but wont activate it. First this crackling sound now this bothersome popping of request to activate my window.
I would appreciate any help from you guys especially from Dell. I tried to call the support service but no solution yet to my problem.
