I'd like to get your piece of advice. I bought my laptop at the end of June 2012 in the official Israeli store. 2 weeks or so I discovered that my screen is broken. On the right side of the screen I have a breakage - I think it is caused because of "fatigue material". I called to the Dell support in Israel, up till now I have spoken with 4 different representatives of the support center. I have also sent 7 e-mails with the description of the problem and pictures during these2 weeks. However. I haven't received any reply. I have guarantee for 36 months and my laptop is still under the guarantee. And now I feel really hopeless with my current situation. What should I do? I'm asking for your help and some piece of advice. Thank for your reply.
