Hi All,
I'm looking for some help - my Inspiron 15 (1564) has become super slow and no amount of deleting files/unused applications seems to fix it. I wanted to do a factory reset so i could just start from fresh and hopefully work out what I'd installed to make it run so slowly.
I've backed up all my files and am ready to go BUT when I access the repair your computer menu during boot up the system refuses to accept my password. I know I'm putting in the correct one because when I get kicked out of the repair screen for using the wrong password too often i can immediately log into the admin account with the password I have just tried to use.
Is this a regular problem or have I discovered something new!
