Dell has been a good brand. I own six Dell computers, including one that is too dysfunctional even to allow me to activate Windows (connectivity issues).
I doubt that I will ever buy another machine from this company. I'm not an IT specialist, and since this must be posted via my Microsoft Surface--none of the Dells can get on the internet, but the Surface has no problem with doing so.
I spent two Saturdays, combing the net looking for a solution to the issue. My most recent purchase--only last week--makes for a very nice, if extravagant picture frame.
It is 2015, people! How can you sell a computer that--right out of the box--can't connect to the internet?
Well, you won't sell me another one.
