I'm not having any luck getting bluetooth to work on my E6520. So far, I've verified that it is enabled in the Bios, I've updated the drivers, and I've enabled the bluetooth service using services.msc. The Dell Support page identifies the machine as being an E6520 (Early 2011), and I've found specs showing that this model came with Bluetooth 3.0.
My Service Tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>, and my Express Service Code is <ADMIN NOTE: Express service code removed per privacy policy>.. Can anyone help me determine whether my laptop actually has bluetooth hardware?
