DELL VOSTRO 5470 with problem SSD Intel 530 series 240GB

Hi, I just bought an Dell Vostro 5470 (Service Tag: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>) Base using Windows 8.1 Singal Language x 64 bit with BIOS A01 anh SSD INTEL 530 Series 240GB,

The problem is that when I insert SSD, then go to Bios, the Bios can not access SSD Intel. I try to upgrate Bios to A11 but when I install (5470A11.exe) the screen error message: "Flash does not exit". 

Could someone find a solution?
