This is the second one I done on the chat session They are just telling lies on my case number never contacted me. I am not a IT person they want to do everything telephonic and sometime I do not even understand what they are talking about and when I do what they said nothing works Every time they do something the machine is even worse off. If they want to provide good service they need to come out and get this machine right. This machine is was so expensive and then they not even provide you with good service and support you. How do they expect that I will do business with them again Will not recommended any body to them ever again It was never like this before I struggle now months and months with them. Like they said they only send someone out to replace stuff and they just put in the stuff and never make sure that is loaded again ext ext They do not know what they are doing there Please is there any one who knows this machine and can this sorted out for once and for all. They must test it them self This machine take about 7 minutes to start I mean how bad is this in front of clients for there product and done changes because my DVD/CD do not want to burn and when they did changes know it would not even read the it Now how do you understand it and then they can still tell me there is nothing wrong with it Where I did the same things on my desktop computer exactly the same and everything is working fine same program used the same disk what did not want to burn on this machine though it could maybe be the disk This is a workstation computer what should be able to work faster like it was before and do a lot more stuff then a normal desktop.
