Please reply with the Device Instance ID of the Device which has an exclamation mark. To get the Device Instance ID:

1. Open the “Unknown Device” (the device with yellow exclamation).
2. Click the “Details” tab.
3. Select Device Instance Path or Device Instance Id (whichever is available for your version of Windows) from the drop down box.
4. Make a note of the Device Instance Path or Device Instance ID and add this in your reply.
