Unfortunately, that didn't work. The problem still persists. Yesterday I tried connecting a bluetooth keyboard and the same problem happened. Worse, my laptop started freezing around 2 minutes after rebooting everytime. And more often when I reboot, windows wouldn't load at all. So I had to do a system restore which brought it back.
any other suggestions?
