Try running Dell 32-bit Diagnostics on the machine and check if any error codes are returned. If Dell 32-bit Diagnostics returns any error codes, please add the exact text of the error code in your reply. To run Dell 32-bit Diagnostics:

1. Power on/re-start the computer.
2. Start tapping the F12 key when the Dell Logo appears.
3. Select “Diagnostics” from the menu that appears and hit “Enter”.
