If the steps do not help, let’s try to uninstall and reinstall both the video card drivers.
Please follow the below mentioned steps to uninstall both the video card drivers:
- Click “Start”.
- Click “Control Panel” and select “Device Manager”.
- On the “Device Manager” window, expand “Display adapters”.
- Right click “Intel(R) HD Graphics” and click “Uninstall”.
- Ensure to check the box “Delete driver software for this device”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
- Right click “NVIDIA GeForce GT” listed under “Display adapters “and click “Uninstall”.
- Ensure to check the box “Delete driver software for this device”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
- Restart the computer.
After the system restarts please run Windows updates.
- Steps to run “Windows updates”:
- Push the “Windows” key to open “Start” menu.
- Type “Windows Updates” in the search box and select it.
- Run the Windows Updates.
- Check and install the Intel graphics card drivers displayed by Windows updates and restart the system.
- After the system restarts please install the NVIDIA GeForce GT graphics drivers from the link: http://dell.to/T2hKYc
- Click the above link, enter the service tag of the computer and select the operating system.
- Install NVIDIA GeForce GT listed under video.
