Hi LarryJim,

If the steps do not help, let’s try to uninstall and reinstall both the video card drivers.

Please follow the below mentioned steps to uninstall both the video card drivers:

  1. Click “Start”.
  2. Click “Control Panel” and select “Device Manager”.
  3. On the “Device Manager” window, expand “Display adapters”.
  4. Right click “Intel(R) HD Graphics” and click “Uninstall”.
  5. Ensure to check the box “Delete driver software for this device”.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
  7. Right click “NVIDIA GeForce GT” listed under “Display adapters “and click “Uninstall”.
  8. Ensure to check the box “Delete driver software for this device”.
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
  10. Restart the computer.

After the system restarts please run Windows updates.

  1. Steps to run “Windows updates”:
  2. Push the “Windows” key to open “Start” menu.
  3. Type “Windows Updates” in the search box and select it.
  4. Run the Windows Updates.
  5. Check and install the Intel graphics card drivers displayed by Windows updates and restart the system.
  6. After the system restarts please install the NVIDIA GeForce GT graphics drivers from  the link: http://dell.to/T2hKYc
  7. Click the above link, enter the service tag of the computer and select the operating system.
  8. Install NVIDIA GeForce GT listed under video.

Check the functionality of the computer and reply.
