hi.
i have a problem with my dell inspiron 15r.
Basically at random times it decides not to connect to my WIFI and is left in a repeated loop trying to connect. i have left it all night and woke up in the morning hopeing it has connected but guess what... NO! its still trying to connect. i've had this problem since i bought the laptop in November and it is very annoying. I had rang dell support and they just removed the WIFI driver and reinstalled it, which did resolve the problem for a little while, but it came back in the next few days.
Now i have the problem again and the only way i can fix it is if i go all the way to my Router, reset my router, come back to my laptop, restart it and fingers crossed, it works but sometimes this doesn't even work! i believe i have a faulty wifi adapter or something because my old dell latitude can easily connect to my wifi and never drops or loses signal!
PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!
PS - TRIED CALLING DELL SUPPORT UK, OPENING TIMES ARE 9AM, ITS NOW 9:40AM AND THEY ARE CLOSED??!!!
