14" Inspiron N4110 Beeps-- No display, No startup, No battery lights

My 14" Inspiron N4110 started acting funny last night

At first, I was using it just fine, when the screen just went to gibberish as can be seen in this video --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ac0DEb__72M

After powering it down, by holding the power button down for 3-5 seconds, I restarted it, and it started up to my Windows 7 login screen just fine.  I went to check my food on the stove in the kitchen, and when I came back to log in, the screen had gone back to gibberish, as in the video.  You could vaguely make out that the screen was still on the login screen, just with gibberish over it.

So I powered it down, and restarted again.  It started up, but this time, I did not wait to log in.  After logging in, I saw my Windows home screen, and all my desktop icons, but before everything finished loading, I got the blue screen of death.

I powered it down again, and restarted, but this time, I didn't get any display, nor did I hear the fan or any other signs of life from my computer other than my power button lit up, and the three buttons to the upper right side of the keyboard lit up one by one. Then it started beeping.

First, I heard 4 beeps, and nothing else.  I hit the power button, turning it off, then hit the power button again. Same thing.

I left it alone for a few hours, and went to sleep. Tried again this morning. When I plugged the computer in to the A/C adapter, I noticed that the A/C and battery charging lights did not light up. Upon hitting the power button, again I got no display or signs of life other than the same lights (power button lit up, and the three buttons to the upper right side of the keyboard lit up one by one).  This time, it seemed that the beeping would not stop.  It was not just 4 beeps.  Also, I noticed that none of the A/C, HDD, Battery Charging, etc lights at the bottom left of the keyboard ever lit up.

I left it alone, went back to sleep for a bit, and just recently tried again.  This time, still neither the A/C or battery charging lights lit up.  However, upon pressing the power button, I saw the DELL logo, then the Windows logo, and then it started up to the login screen.  And then the screen went to gibberish again, like in the video.

I tried the LCD BIST test by pressing D and the power button at the same time, and before start up, the screen went all white, then red, blue, green, then white again.  I think there was some black in between, maybe, but can't remember off hand.  But after that, the screen went to gibberish.

What do you think is the problem? When it does decide to start up, it seems like the screen only jumps to the gibberish after some part of Windows has loaded-- as long as it is on the Dell logo, or giving me safe mode prompts or displaying the windows logo, it is all good. I feel like I can start it with a command prompt with no problem, although I haven't tried.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
