Purchased this PC new and with in 3 months I started to have some strange intermittent touch pad issues. The Dell Tech Concerge (paid money for that soft ware service) attempted to reload the drivers and settings for three weeks each time the touch pad worked for a day some times two days. The last straw came when the key board also stopped working. Concerge sent me the shipping box The machine is being repaired at the Dell Service Center. Was my choice to purchase my second dell lap top wrong? My old 11 year old Latitude D-620 kept plugging along in the worse conditions Texas heat riding in a saddle bag on my bicycle. Any one else having NEW DELL LAP TOP Problems?
