Apologies about the experience. You may experience BSOD due to various reasons.
Did you try running the on-board Diagnostics? If yes, please share the results. If no, I would suggest you to run the on-board Diagnostics to check the hardware functionality.
Alternatively, observe the computer in safe mode and check if the issue persists. You may follow the steps below to start the computer in safe mode :
- Power on the computer
- Tap F8 key a few times till you see Advanced Recovery Options
- Highlight Safe Mode With Networking and observe the system.
Would request you to share the exact error message that show up on the BSOD screen.
