My 3 month old Inspiron 13Z has stopped working, due to the following error message 2000-0332. When I called Dell, they wanted an additional $199 to resolve the graphic driver mishap. I can't bring myself to pay Dell for a repair on a new computer. Can anyone provide step by step to fix this myself? Thank you! Cant say that I will ever buy another Dell ...
Update - we called Dell back and told them it was a hardware problem. This time they told me that if it was a hardware problem, they would replace it for $199. First call was extended warranty for the price, now this. Is there no way to get them to honor a warranty for a faulty computer, other than pay additional $199?
