it is INP files and get ready for Dell to try to get $100-$300 charge from you if you dont have a software warrranty.

Hi Denise,

Sorry to hear about that. Pretty frustrating when the darn techs tell you they'll call you back and you hear nothing. 

Anyway, one of the Dell moderators sent this link, which provides a freeware utility for accessing INP files. Please let me know if that works.
