I'm having the same issue, L501X. I tried to use the link to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, however the computer does not complete POST. When I click through to this option in the troubleshooter, I'm given the message: Currently this article is not available. Please try later.
I am extremely disappointed with this machine. I had warranty service performed in the fall of last year, and the HD was replaced. Now this. Warranty is now up but I need this machine. Any assistance you can provide would be great.
