Hi Vyuptkesh,

Please try the below mentioned steps to isolate the issue:

  1. Restart the system and tap F8 key repeatedly at Dell logo screen for windows "Advanced Boot Options".
  2. Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight “Last known good configuration“and press enter.
  3. If the computer does not boot to windows, restart the computer and repeat Step 1.
  4. Use the up/down arrow keys and select Safe mode, and then press enter.

If the computer boots in Safe mode, we can do a clean boot:

  1. Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
  2. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or provide confirmation.
  3. In the System Configuration Utility dialog box, click Selective Startup on the General tab.
  4. Click to clear the Load Startup Items check box. (Note The Use Original Boot.ini check box is unavailable).
  5. Click the Services tab.
  6. Click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box.
  7. Click Disable All, and then click OK.
  8. When prompted, click Restart.

Please post the results.
