Hi ,

Did you try running the on-board Diagnostics? If yes, please share the results. If no, I would suggest you to run the on-board Diagnostics to check the hardware functionality.

I would also suggest you to check the system in BIOS if it shuts down. Power off the computer -> Restart the computer, tap ‘F2’ key on the Dell logo -> This will take you to the BIOS screen. Wait on the BIOS screen for 1-2 hours and observe if the computer shuts down.

Alternatively, observe the computer in safe mode and check if the issue persists. You may follow the steps below to start the computer in safe mode :

  • Power on the computer
  • Tap F8 key a few times till you see Advanced Recovery Options
  • Highlight Safe Mode With Networking and observe the system.
