Sorry Roshan, but your internal support are spinning you a yarn. Or their test frameworks are flaky.
There IS an issue with the 'Analyze System' utility. I have a vanilla 32-Bit Vista (SP2) installation (IE9 .NET 4.0 & 4.5) on a E4300 and when I try the utility it comes up with 'The DELL Driver Analyze Utility currently does not support your operating system'.
I am a Software Tester myself - there is a defect with the utility if it is supposed to support Vista.
