Help! My laptop boots but nothing appears on the screen and it is beeping 8x continously. I tried connecting it to a monitor via a cable and this appears:

When I choose start windows normally, the laptops BSODS and hangs so I am forced to force shutdown it but when I choose safe mode, it boots but the window looks like the latter picture (rainbow colored, thick vertical lines) but much blurry. Help anyone?!? It looks like this:Image may be NSFW.
