When I am in Device Manager , and then Universal Serial Bus , there is no Realtek USB 2.0 Card Reader , my options are , Bluetooth Hard Copy Cable , Generic USB Hub ( three of these ) , Intel 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E2D and - 1E26 , USB Composite Device ( two of these ) USB Mass Storage Device , USB Root Hub ( two of these ) and that is it under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
I also tried plugging in a Memory Card reader into the USB port instead of using the built in card reader and that also does not work , I get the same blue screen and then the computer crashes. This is starting too become a real drag/pain in the nuts.
What else can I try too do, other than returning the laptop?
