shift_hereif i change sata mode ACHI to smart respond tecnology it show some warning can it formates hardisk or if do change any posibly of losing data?
It won't format your hard disk rather the OS doen't boot and gives Blue Screen and restarts.
I have tried those and I have experienced those problems.
