Before I replace my son's Dell laptop, Is Dell going to stand behind their product? In reading thru this forum, this is obviously a default in manufacturing. I would hope that Dell would stand up and take responsibility for their products. I have had good luck with Dell in the past and my employer has bought thousands of Dell computers and that is why I went with them because we always had good experiences at work.
I have seen posts about taking the mother board out and baking it, but I am not talented enough to do all of that.
