Dell Inspiron M5010 disappointed customer

Hi all!

As an owner of a Dell Inpiron M5010 I went through the 7 beeps issue like many of us before. I have been reading many threads and temporary solutionabout this very common manufacturing problem of the motherboard, probably caused on the poor heating system.

First time it happened 2 years after I bought this laptop, fortunately I had the warranity and could be fix for free. Now I'm having the same problem again just one year later without warranity. I'm not looking for temporary solution here for example wrapping in a blanket or any other magic like this because that's insane, it can not be a proper solution.

I'm just trying to ask myself or anyone else how can the dell let it happen? A kinda popular brand like this is/was selling such a poor quality product. And dell just seems ignore the problem. It's crazy and shame for the company and I'm sure a lot of costumer who basicly were satisfied with their working laptop before their computer died, now are being really disappointed and dell is loosing many costumers.

For the dell staff please do not come up with remove the battery blablabla, you know, I know and everybody knows who is having the same issue that doesn't solve the problem. As it is a very common reason of the dead motherboard you had better confess your manufacturing fault in this and at least replace it for a proper one, instead of trying to use some Jedi mind trick.

As a really disappointed customer I just want to notice you I'm not going to pay a single penny to fix it. If you are able to replace the broken parts for free, then I see there is a helpful staff behind the dell. On the other hand I don't mind to buy a new laptop, but sure it will never be a dell again.

Thank you,

Viet
