I am trying to reset a system password for a friend. He has an Inspiron N4110 service tag <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>. Not sure how many hands it went thru before he acquired it, but it has a name, I assume the previous owner or perhaps refurbisher, as Arlene Smith and Lenius Technologies. current error hash 0182EE1E
