Hi wonder if anyone can assist please I recently found I cannot connect by wireless to my router. The wi fi light is lit on the computer and when I go into wireless properties it is saying it is working correctly but I cannot connect . I have put an Ethernet cable in and it connects. Have tried updating drivers but it is saying the one I am using is the current one. Tried restoring to a different date still nothing ran the boot system and the wireless configuration is as recommended. Tried most things but to no avail someone mentioned renewing my IP address but not sure how to do it but as said it works hard wired. Any suggestions?
