I have an M731R with Windows 8.1 x64 installed. Randomly, the system will completely lock up (black screen, HDD shut down, etc). It is not overheating and the BIOS is the latest version. This problem has been happening since the 1st week I owned it, but the problem is random so, it's impossible to pin down. Also, the windows system logs show nothing... no event whatsoever prior to the lockup. All diagnostics show everything passes.
