Welcom to the club growing everyday. This a a design defect. Mine started having problems two weeks after it was purchased. The cursor or started jumping all over while typing. Then the seven beeps . I live in Costa Rica so it is not easy. I still would like to coordinate a day and all of us send the laptops to dell UPS. Notify the local television stations sp they can be the to film it. We could have some local dell owners there for comments and interviews.
I think dell would not be happy with this scenario since they lost the bid for the buyout because lagging sales of laptops.
