Purchased my Chromebook 11 in April 2014 and the screen is pulling away. I called today to see if it could be replaced, I have the 4-year accidental warranty, and the lady told me that I would have to pay an additional $157 to have it replaced, but "this is a known issue."
Why is this not covered under my warranty or under some sort of recall since this is a known issue?!?!?!
I purchased an XPS 8700 desktop in mid-April this year and still have two weeks to return it with Costco's 90 day return policy. I may return it since this company seems to not stand behind their warranties.
