hello:
I recently noticed a weird quirk on my dell inspiron n411 that wasn't happening a few hours ago; the button that looks like 2 gears keeps lighting up out of no where and windows mobility center is popping up at random and annoying points while i am trying to do my work. my question multi-pronged:
firstly, what are those three buttons for anyway? and secondly, why out of no where does that one keep lighting up?
i finally wound up getting so sick and tired of this that i disabled mobility center in control in local group policy.
current system configuration:
O/s: Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit
everything else on this stock
i have further uninstalled quickset (with no luck in getting the phantom launch of mobility center to stop)
